   Richard's Fish and Crabs is a sister company of the Seafood Stop Inc. Richard Anderson, owner of the Seafood Stop, has been actively seeking a location in the Churchville/Aberdeen area the past 2 years for a new seafood market. With the success of the Seafood Stop, it just made sense to open up another location away from the traffic and congestion of Bel Air. We found a vacant gas station at the busy intersection of Shucks Road and Rt. 22- a perfect location across from Harford Community College. We started by selling live crabs at this new location (much like the Crab Truck in Fallston). In the summer of 2006, we started to gut the old gas station and convert it into a small seafood market.We opened up our market in October 2006- with fresh seafood and live blue crabs. We have recently added a steamroom providing the area with hot steamed crabs!

   Like the Seafood Stop- Richard's Fish and Crabs is dedicated to provide the finest seafood available at a reasonable price. We will specialize in fresh hot steamed crabs, shrimp, and lobsters. We will also provide the Churchville/Aberdeen area with a fresh fish market- a local fishmonger! We pride ourselves as a small personal business that is dedicated to local Chesapeake Bay seafood, especially local blue crabs and hand-picked Maryland crabmeat, which is the finest in the world.  To us it's all about Maryland- a heritage we are proud of!
